You can become a DHL business customer if you send 200 shipments or more per year. Your prices will be based on your shipment volumes. Simply enter your estimated shipment volume here and receive your individual pricing conditions directly online. For larger shipment volumes, we will contact you by phone to discuss your prices on an individual basis. No additional costs are incurred when you become a DHL business customer. There is no basic fee - and you only pay for what you actually send.

DHL business customers benefit from more favorable business customer conditions and savings compared to shipping as a private customer. In addition, pickup of your parcels at an agreed pickup location is included in the price and thanks to online track & trace, you and your customers can keep track of the current status of your shipments at all times. We also offer the merchandise mail products Warenpost and Warenpost International exclusively to our business customers. These are ideal for sending smaller goods affordably within Germany or worldwide. You will also receive free access to the Post & DHL Business Customer Portal, where you can manage all of your shipments online.

As a DHL business customer, you only pay for the shipments you actually send. The invoiced amounts are conveniently charged by SEPA direct debit, provided you have given us your consent.

We request that you submit an estimate of your annual shipment volumes in order to provide you with the best possible advice. Depending on your shipment volumes, you can conclude your business customer shipping agreement conveniently online. For larger shipment volumes, you will receive an individual price calculation by phone. Customers concluding an online agreement will also receive the contact details for our sales department directly after concluding their agreement.

Pickup of your parcels at the agreed pickup location is included in the price for DHL business customers. If you conclude an online agreement, we will set up pickup at request for you by default. With pickup at request, you can have up to 10 parcels (excluding bulky items) picked up at a designated pickup location. Your DHL sales contact will take care of setting up the agreed pickup locations. If you want to have your parcels picked up regularly on designated days, why not ask us about the regular pickup service, which is also included in our service.

DHL business customers can manage shipping via the free Post & DHL Business Customer Portal. The Post & DHL Business Customer Portal provides various means of generating labels under the "Ship" function, with options including manual shipment creation and CSV or eBay data import. The portal also offers a range of functions such as track & trace, digital invoices, and various reporting options - all free of charge and available 24/7.
