with the release of its new web browser Edge, Microsoft has long announced the end of the outdated Internet Explorer (IE). Microsoft officially no longer supports the IE, so that its error-free use can no longer be guaranteed.

For the Post & DHL Business Customer Portal we have already taken up this announcement at an early stage and optimized all developments in the direction of using faster and more secure web browsers. Against this background, the use of the Portal in the IE browser is no longer possible.

To ensure an unrestricted usage of the Post & DHL Business Customer Portal, please make sure that you are using an up-to-date version of the following browsers:

  • Mozilla Firefox
  • Google Chrome

In the Internet Explorer menu, you will find the Favorites entry. Here you will find the option to export your saved Internet favorites. You can then import the exported file using the favorites or bookmarks import function of the new browser. For detailed assistance, please contact the support of the provider of your new browser.

As of June 01, the Portal can no longer be accessed via the IE browser. You will be automatically redirected to an appropriate information page. It is mandatory that you use one of the supported, up-to-date browsers from 01 June 2022.

No, your existing user data will of course continue to work in your new browser.
