The hallmark of the Packstation is round-the-clock parcel reception throughout the length and breadth of Germany. As soon as a parcel arrives, the customer is notified by E-mail and/ or SMS.
To address a shipment to the Packstation, your customers enter their PostNumber and the preferred Packstation as an alternative delivery address. We show you what you need to be aware of and how you can integrate the Packstation in an especially customer-friendly manner.

It's good to know when that parcel is arriving - and DHL makes it possible. With the free shipment notification, we tell your customers via SMS what day their parcel will be delivered on. If the customer is not at home, a chargeable rescheduling to another preferred day can be arranged.
Customers who wish to use this service enter their PostNumber along with the house address in the billing address. You will find more information about this here.
