What are my PostPIN, Internet password and Goldcard?
When you register, you receive a welcome pack containing your Goldcard and your Internet password. Your PostPIN is delivered to you by personal registered mail a few days later. You will need to sign for this.
Your Goldcard is your Packstation customer card that you use to operate the machine.
You will need your personal PostPIN together with the Goldcard in order to pick up your shipments from the Packstation.
You will need your Internet password if you want to update your data on the Internet.
Can I change my Internet password?
You can change your Internet password yourself at any time.
What do I do if I've forgotten my secret number (PostPIN) or if I've entered it three times wrong?
What do I do if I've lost my Goldcard?
If you have lost your Goldcard, contact us to order a new one through the online form or at: info@packstation.de.

If you have forgotten your Internet password, you can easily request a new one via Customer login/ change data.
