If the intended recipient of an item has notified you that it has not arrived, or if a cash on delivery amount has not been credited to your account after dispatch of the item, then please read on. Please note that search requests must be initiated by the sender. This option should not be used until 6 days after the shipment was sent, since in rare cases the problem may just be down to delayed delivery.

If you posted an item from Germany to another country and the recipient has notified you that it has not arrived, then please read on.
Please note that you can only submit search requests for shipments posted by you. If you are expecting delivery of a parcel and it gets lost in the post, the sender abroad must submit a search request to the relevant national postal service.
Please note that a search request can only be made if the lead time specified in the country information has been exceeded by more than two weeks, since in rare cases the problem may just be down to delayed delivery.
