Damage notification

If your shipment is damaged or part of the contents is missing, then please read on.

Step 1: Download and complete the damage notification form

Step 2: Hand the form in to a Deutsche Post or Postbank outlet

Step 3: Let us take care of the rest

If a shipment you have received from abroad is damaged or part of the contents is missing, then please read on.

Please note that you can only submit damage notifications for Paket deliveries for which you are the recipient. If a Paket you send is damaged, the recipient must notify the national postal service in their country.
