Do you require liability for your DHL PÄCKCHEN?

If your parcel is lost or damaged, DHL offers liability of up to EUR 25 on presentation of the acknowledged or stamped deposit receipt. Shipment tracking is included.

You can only request this service by franking with DHL online franking.

If you wish to send a shipment in roll format, you will require a roll stamp.

If your shipment exceeds the maximum weight or dimensions, you can also use the "Roll" service with DHL Paket.
