It's simple!

1. Luggage bands can be obtained free of charge in all Deutsche Post outlets.
   
2. Just enter the address details on the luggage band / shipping label.
3. Attach the DHL Paketmarke for items weighing up to 31.5 kg in the "Please frank here" field.
4. Attach luggage band to the carrier handle and hand in your baggage item at an outlet.

Would you like to have your baggage picked up? No problem!

You can simply request a pick-up for baggage that has already been sufficiently franked.

With the DHL pick-up sets, you can also request your baggage pick-up by telephone.
