DHL is rewarding your loyalty. Our free, no-strings-attached rewards programme, has something for everyone, with many original rewards to choose from. Join us and start collecting your points.
1. Welcome: 50 points
It doesn't get any easier! Register with Paket&Punkt and you will receive 50 welcome points to start you off.
2. Pick up a shipment: 5 points
Receive 5 reward points for each shipment you post and pick up at a Packstation. For your first five shipments, you'll even receive five times as many points! All you need to do is make sure your parcel is within the minimum and maximum sizes allowed, and suitable for PACKSTATION services (i.e. no registered letters).
3. Send a shipment: 10 points
For each parcel dropped off at a PACKSTATION and franked with DHL PÄCKCHEN - or DHL PAKETMARKEN you will receive ten reward points.
For your first five shipments, you'll even receive five times as many points!
4. Buy a shipping label: 10 points
For every shipping label you buy at the Packstation, or with Online franking, you will receive 10 reward points. For your first five shipping labels, you'll even receive five times as many points!
Please note that you must call up Online franking from the protected login area of Paket&Punkt to collect bonus points. You do not receive any points if you enter a postage or voucher code.
5. Read the newsletter: 10 points
Look forward to getting 10 extra points per month - simply read our newsletter and collect the points.
These points will be credited approx. 2 weeks after the newsletter has been sent to all subscribers who are registered with the rewards programme at the time and who have opened the newsletter.
6. Win a new Packstation customer: collect rewards
For each new customer you bring us via our e-Card, you will receive a thank you gift of your choice, i.e. 600 reward points, when that customer uses PACKSTATION within three months of his or her registration.

You can start collecting rewards from 100 points. You will receive an E-mail confirmation after each order. Provided they're in stock, your gifts will be sent within approx. 14 days. Voucher codes are sent via E-mail within a few hours.

If you're not yet a PACKSTATION customer, you can register now and also confirm your participation in Paket&Punkt.
If you're already a PACKSTATION customer, you can register for Paket&Punkt from now and start collecting points immediately. To register, simply log in with your PACKSTATION customer information. Here you can register for the DHL rewards programme. In doing so you accept Paket&Punkt's terms and conditions.
