Automatically complete order forms

Now, every time you wish to enter your PACKSTATION address into an online order form, you can simply click with the right-hand mouse button in one of the address fields.

Then, simply select "Complete fields" in the pop-up menu.

That's it! That's because the ordering assistant will complete all the required address fields for you fully automatically. This already works for almost all major mail order companies who use DHL for their shipping.

In the event that the ordering assistant does not complete the fields or does not complete them in full (e.g. for smaller online stores), you can use the ordering assistant's learning function.

With most major mail order companies who use DHL as their carrier, the ordering assistant automatically recognises the correct address fields. If, however, for instance with smaller online stores, the fields should not be completed or not be completed in full, right-click on the form and click "Remember fields".

A window now opens in which you can assign the address fields of your PACKSTATION address in the ordering assistant precisely to the fields on the website. To do this, simply proceed through the relevant fields in the ordering assistant for name, PostNumber, etc.

The PACKSTATION ordering assistant requires Firefox Browser Version 3.0 and later. This add-on is unfortunately not compatible with earlier versions or other browsers.Should the browser not respond when you try to install the assistant in Firefox, this may be due to your security settings. In the small bar in the top part of the browser window which should appear in such events, click on "Allow".

First download the file. You can now install the add-on by simply dragging the file from your storage space into a Firefox browser window using "drag & drop" and then releasing it again once it appears in the window. The installation window will now open and you can install the add-on and subsequently configure it.

Alternatively, you can also open the file by double-clicking it. Either Firefox will then launch automatically, or you will have to tell your computer in an interim stage which program it is to use to open the file. In this case, select the Firefox browser. You can then install the add-on and configure it.
