1. Register
Register here for the service. A few days after registering, you will receive your welcome pack. This will be handed to you in person on presentation of your ID.
2. Quote your PostNumber
With every shipment sent to your home address, you must also quote your PostNumber below your name. For online orders, simply use the "Address continued" or equivalent box for your PostNumber.
3. Notification
As soon as the shipment has been passed to DHL, you will receive a free notification of the expected delivery date for your parcel.
4. Preferred day
To change the delivery date, simply reply to our SMS by 10 p.m. with the short code provided and your preferred day. The EUR 1.49 fee per shipment, plus SMS charge, will be added to your mobile phone bill.
