The ESN data file contains relevant invoice information at the shipment number level. An application for you as a customer makes sense above all, if your invoice has a summarized layout or if you operate a supplier business. as you will receive a detailed list of all shipments/returns with the ESN.

How do we provide you with the ESN?
We provide you with the ESN as a text file via SFTP (file server) or via encrypted email.

How can I request or unsubscribe from the provision of the ESN?
Do you need an ESN for a specific invoice? You are welcome to use our contact form – see button “ESN Request” - to request individual ESNs. To set up the ESN permanently, please contact your personal contact in sales.
