You will promptly receive a confirmation of receipt by email with your individual terms and conditions.

Sending of SEPA mandates via email
We will send you two SEPA mandates. Please sign both of these forms and return them to us.

Access to DHL Business Customer Portal
The contract will be set up with the access data to the DHL Business Customer Portal being sent by email.

Start shipping
Receive access to the DHL Business Customer Portal within the next few days and get ready to ship.

Simply start shipping with the DHL Business Customer Portal

  • If we accept your order, you will shortly receive an email containing your access details for the DHL Business Customer Portal. You can then start sending parcels straight away.
  • After the initial login you can connect your local systems (as shop system or inventory management, etc.) to the DHL Business Customer Portal.
  • As a standard we have provided you with the collection order on demand at no charge (Bedarfsabholung). You can book it conveniently in the “Pickup” function of the DHL Business Customer Portal. In case of higher shipment numbers we contact you by telephone and will arrange a personalized parcel pick-up at your premises at no charge (Regel-Abholung).
