Pick-up and delivery
DHL 2-Mann-Handling offers you pick-up services individually customized to your shipping volumes, using regularly-scheduled swap-body transport. Or, you can arrange with us to deliver your goods yourself to our centrally-located logistics site in Ludwigsau.
Prior to delivery we individually arrange a delivery date and time with your customers. DHL Track & Trace allows you and your customers to monitor the progress of their shipments in real time. We also notify your customers approximately 1 hour prior to the delivery; one simple phone call that lets them better prepare for its arrival.
Thanks to our nationwide delivery network, deliveries can be made on working days to any of your customers. And because our service includes a free second delivery attempt your return rates are kept low. We deliver the goods directly to the location designated by the customer, regardless of the floor of the building they live on. We'll also dispose of old appliances, furniture and packaging.
