Last summer we moved to our completely redesigned Post & DHL Business Customer Portal. Since this move, you can find the portal at its new web address geschaeftskunden.dhl.de.

You appear to still be using the old portal web address, which you may have saved in your browser bookmarks or favorites.
Please note that we will finally switch off the old portal address www.dhl-geschaeftskundenportal.de before the end of this year.
Please only use the new web address geschaeftskunden.dhl.de and also save it in your bookmarks and favorites.

 

How to adjust your bookmarks and favorites?

  • Browser Firefox: Open the menu item "Bookmarks > Manage bookmarks" in the browser. Select the bookmark for the Post & DHL Business Customer Portal by clicking on it and then change the URL stored under "Address" at the bottom of the page to geschaeftskunden.dhl.de.
  • Browser Edge: Click on the three dots at the top right of the browser window and then on "Favorites". Select the bookmark for the Post & DHL Business Customer Portal by right-clicking and selecting the "edit" item from the context menu. Then, in the "Edit favorite" window, change the web address stored here under "URL" to geschaeftskunden.dhl.de.
  • Browser Chrome: Click on the three dots at the top right of the browser window and then on "Bookmarks > Bookmark Manager". Select the bookmark for the Post & DHL Business Customer Portal by clicking on it and then click on the three dots to the right of the bookmark name. Now select "Edit" in the context menu and then change the web address stored under "URL" to geschaeftskunden.dhl.de in the "Edit bookmarks" window.
