No printer? No problem!
Sending parcels has never been so easy: Buy stamps in DHL online franking or in the Post & DHL app and let one of our delivery agents print them out for you. They will then take your package with them, subject to availability. Of course, you can also have the shipping label printed out at one of our 29,000 drop-off points and hand in your shipment directly on site.
Your benefits
- Franking and creating returns labels without your own printer
- Simply give them to a DHL delivery agent, subject to availability
- Drop off at branches, DHL Paketshops and selected Packstations
How to give your parcels to the delivery agent
1. Buy franking
Purchase a parcel stamp online or in the Post & DHL app and save up to EUR 1.50 compared to the post office price.
After completion of the purchase you will receive a QR code by mail and mobile for download.
2. Show QR code or print out stamp yourself
Show the QR code to a DHL delivery agent your choice, at a post office, a Paketshop or at selected Packstations and have the stamp printed out. Of course, you can also print out the stamp yourself as before.
3. Send parcel
Hand over the parcel to the delivery agent at the front door or leave it at your preferred location. Your delivery agent will be happy to take your parcel if there is sufficient capacity in the vehicle.
Note: You can continue to print out your online parcel stamps yourself, affix them to the parcel and hand them in at a DHL location of your choice.
Mobile returns
When shopping online, were you provided with a QR code as a return label? Then let us print out your return slip very conveniently. Simply show your QR code on your smartphone at DHL branches or to the delivery agent, or scan it at selected Packstations. We print your return label and accept your parcel directly, subject to availability.
Do you have an online shop and would like to offer your customers the mobile return label? More information is available at dhl.de/retoure.
