  • Day-definite pickup from Mondays to Saturdays: Arrange pickup by 10 p.m. for the following day.
  • Available with label printing: The DHL courier provides you with the label at the time of pickup.
  • A range of ordering options: Place a individual collection order online on the Post & DHL Business Customer Portal or by phone, fax or e-mail through DHL Customer Services.
  • Flexibility: Flexible order placement and administration up to 14 calendar days in advance.
  • High transparency through complete documentation of your order status. 
  • The individual collection order service is already covered by your contract and can be requested either through the Post & DHL Business Customer Portal or by phone, fax or e-mail through DHL Customer Services.1
  • Conveniently book pickups for up to 10 shipments per pickup location and day via collective order or integrate the ordering process into your systems. Contact your sales representative for more details. We'll be happy to advise you about our pickup service options.

1 A surcharge of EUR 2.50 per commissioned shipment applies for order placement through DHL Customer Services.

  • We will pick up your items on your preferred day from your preferred address and document the order status.
  • If you select pickup with label printing, the courier will provide a self-adhering shipping label upon pickup.
  • If desired, an automatic repeat order can be configured if the recipient is not present upon delivery.

  • individual collection order with label printing (for DHL Retoure with pickup and label): EUR 1.992
