Transit time

Shipments reach recipients typically two working days after posting (Monday - Saturday).

Pickup

From 6,000 shipments p.a. upwards, collection is included. DHL Kleinpaket items are separate from other items and separated by < 3cm and = 3 cm height.

Delivery

Delivery is always documented by the deliverer, including delivery of notified items to a retail outlet or to a Packstation.

Delivery options

Delivery options such as shipment notification, drop-off location and neighbor services can also be added.

Yes, customers with their own programming or self-generated labels receive the adapted specifications and requirements documents from their CIS consultants and online via the Group API Developer Portal at developer.dhl.com.

In the ordering and billing systems at DHL and in yours, only the product name will be changed. Everything else (product number, billing numbers, number ranges) will remain the same. From the beginning of 2025, only the new name "DHL Kleinpaket" will be transmitted to you via all interfaces.

That is not possible. Only a  change of name will take place in the IT systems. All other changes have no relevance for the interfaces to you and in our internal IT systems.

Questions about the outlook from January 01, 2025

The shipments will continue to be accepted and produced regularly until April 1, 2025.

After April 1, 2025, it can no longer be guaranteed that all product features - especially the scan - will be carried out at the recipient's front door with the usual very high quality.
