You will receive the return label for your shipment from your retailer (e.g., online shop) where you placed your order. In many cases, this return label is included with your order.

If your shipment does not include a return label, you can purchase a suitable shipping label for the secure return of your item, for example via DHL Online Franking or at one of our postal outlets.

Once you have sent your return, DHL takes care of returning the goods. However, if the return gets lost, you are responsible for proving that you sent it. You can provide this proof with the receipt you received when handing over your DHL return at the drop-off point.

You can drop off a return at DHL postal outlets, DHL Parcel Shops, DHL Packstation*, and with a DHL delivery agent**.

*Mobile returns are currently not available at some Packstations.
** Parcel pickup is a voluntary and free service provided by DHL. It is important that shipments are sufficiently franked and that our staff have enough free loading capacity in their vehicle.
