Your parcel is on its way, but you are not at home on the day of delivery? Flexibly change the delivery location for your shipment and redirect your parcels to a Packstation or post office in your area. Then you can pick up your parcel whenever suits you best.
You can also enter the parcel redirection permanently in your DHL customer account so that all your shipments addressed to your home address are automatically redirected to your preferred branch or Packstation.

How parcel redirection works

Select Packstation or branch
As a registered customer*, you can select select a Packstation or branch via the parcel notification where to redirect your shipment if you are not at home at the expected delivery time.
If you would like to redirect your shipments permanently, you can enter your preferred Packstation or branch in your customer account*.

Redirection to Packstation or branch
Your shipments are automatically redirected to your selected Packstation or branch.

Collect parcel
You will receive a delivery notification as soon as your parcel is ready for collection at the post office or Packstation of your choice.
Post office pick-up: Within 7 working days with your identity card and customer card
Packstation pick-up: Within 9 days with the pick-up code and customer card
* To be able to redirect your shipment to a Packstation or post office, you need a DHL customer account. Simply register once for free and receive your personal customer number.
