Your parcel is on its way, but you are not at home on the day of delivery? Flexibly change the delivery location for your shipment and redirect your parcels to a Packstation or postal outlet in your area. Then you can pick up your parcel whenever suits you best.
You can also enter the parcel redirection permanently in your DHL customer account so that all your shipments addressed to your home address are automatically redirected to your preferred postal outlet or Packstation.

How parcel redirection works

1. Select Packstation or postal outlet

As a registered customer*, you can select select a Packstation or postal outlet via the parcel notification and in the DHL shipment tracking where to redirect your shipment if you are not at home at the expected delivery time.

If you would like to redirect your shipments permanently, you can enter your preferred Packstation or postal outlet in your customer account*.

2. Redirection to Packstation or postal outlet

Your shipments are automatically redirected to your selected Packstation or postal outlet.

3. Collect Parcel

You will receive a delivery notification as soon as your parcel is ready for collection at the postal outlet or Packstation of your choice.

Postal outlet pick-up: Within 7 days with your identity card

Packstation pick-up: Within 7 days with the pick-up code from the Post & DHL app

* To be able to redirect your shipment to a Packstation or postal outlet, you need a DHL customer account. Simply register once for free and receive your personal customer number.
