How does E-Returns work?
Via API interface to our returns portal, the shipment data from your webshop is transferred so that returns labels and customs documents can be created automatically.
With just a few clicks, your customers can create the return label and, if required, customs documents in the return portal. Fast, easy and customer friendly.
Choose the right returns solution
Simply adapt your returns solution to the requirements of your online shop and the needs of your customers.
Your customer receives a fully prepared return label with the delivery. In the event of a return, the goods only need to be packed, the label attached and handed in at a branch or DHL Service Point. Optionally, your customer can have the return collected by a DHL Express driver.
You do not need to enclose a returns label with your shipment if you send it by e-mail. In the event of a return request, your customer can print out the returns label themselves. When creating the label in MyDHL+, you can add individual notes for your customer in a free text.
