HOW DOES E-RETURNS WORK?
CREATING A LABEL
You, as the Sender, choose the option "Create return label" in the online shipping tool, and specify the return address.
SENDING THE LABEL
Attach the printed label to the contents of your shipment or send it to the consignee via mail.
The consignee of your shipment attaches the return label to the shipment to be returned and books a pickup online, or calls the DHL Express Customer Service.
The DHL Express Courier picks up the shipment and it is sent back to the return address.
