With our GoGreen service, a contractual agreement is concluded for all shipments. This means that GoGreen can be booked throughout Germany for DHL Paket and Warenpost, but also for international parcels.

The easiest way to prepare shipments is to visit the Post & DHL Business Customer Portal. Shipments designated for carbon-neutral dispatch receive labels bearing the GoGreen logo.

Transport-related carbon emissions are calculated for each item in accordance with ISO 14064, and are offset through external projects. The auditing and certification of the entire process is handled by an external certification company.

Every year, we provide you with a certificate showing the customer-related carbon emissions for the previous year, which you can then use in your advertising. It's a great way to let your customers know that you use climate-neutral shipping for your goods.
