Pick-up
Customers generally need to post their Warenpost items themselves. Smaller items can be posted via letterboxes, and all Warenpost items can be handed in to a Deutsche Post postal outlet. Warenpost items may not be posted at Packstations or parcel shops or be handed over to a parcel carrier. A special collection service is available for customers with more than 6,000 items per year.
