Would you like to customize or deactivate the automatic GoGreen Plus subscription?
Starting July 1, 2025, you will have the option to customize the automatic GoGreen Plus subscription during the creation of shipments in the Business Customer Portal.
The subscription must be set separately for the products DHL Parcel National, DHL Small Package, and DHL Returns.
You can adjust this option at any time in the Post & DHL Business Customer Portal- whether you want to enable, customize, or deactivate it.

As an alternative to making changes yourself in the Post & DHL Business Customer Portal, you can use this form to deactivate the automatic subscription by entering your customer number (EKP) and your contact details.
