In the parcel notification we only let you know an estimated delivery time. Unfortunately, from time to time this cannot be kept.
Below are some possible reasons why your parcel might arrive at a later time or the next day:
- Unexpected problems occurred during delivery, e.g. poor weather conditions, traffic congestion, an accident, illness, etc.
- During sorting, the required information could not be read or assigned and the shipment had to be processed manually.
- Due to defects in the outer packaging (e.g. tears in the cardboard), your parcel had to be repackaged for safe onward transport.
Please understand that it is not possible to have direct contact with the deliverer or to accelerate the shipment through customer service.
