Here’s how Label Free works

Receive a QR code
When a shipment is created – for example by you, your mobile employees or customers in the returns portal – a QR code is generated for the shipment.

Shipment handover
The shipment can be dropped off at a DHL Service Point or picked up by a DHL Express courier by booking a collection request. Our employees scan the QR code.

Generating a label & delivering a shipment
DHL Express prints the label and delivers the shipment to the address provided.
