We hereby authorize DHL Hub Leipzig GmbH to use the provided deferment account(s) for shipments imported on our behalf. If a deferment account type was not provided (example: only VAT deferment account supplied, but duty incurred) or if the payment via our deferment account(s) is refused due to suspension of account(s) by German customs, we authorize DHL HUB Leipzig GmbH to pay via the deferment account(s) of DHL Express Germany GmbH. In this event, the service charge "Duty Tax Processing" (deferred payment fee) may be invoiced to our DHL account number.
