Regular pickup:
- Regular pickup of your parcels on workdays specified by you (limited service on Saturdays) and at the place agreed with you
- Your DHL sales representative will set up the service for you. Once you are a DHL business customer, you can find information about your sales representative in the Post & DHL Business Customer Portal.

Individual pickup order:
- Individual pickup at any address in Germany
- For pickup of up to 10 parcels (including bulky goods)
- Easy to order online in the Post & DHL Business Customer Portal (Pickup option).

Warenpost pickup for business customers
- Only for drop-off by customer (unless otherwise agreed)
- Drop-off at mailbox, retail outlet or your mail center's bulk mail acceptance office
- No drop-off at Packstations or Paketshops, and no handover to parcel carriers
- Special collection service available for more than 6,000 items annually (Warenpost) or more than 5,000 items annually (Warenpost International); contact your DHL sales representative for details
DHL Paket drop-off for private customers
(also available for business customers)
Packstation, Poststation and Paketbox:
- Drop off parcels, small packages, letters and returns around the clock at any of more than 13,500 drop-off locations throughout Germany
- No registration required
- Included in price
Postal retail outlets and DHL Paketshops:
- Drop off parcels, small packages and returns conveniently at any of more than 23,000 locations throughout Germany
- Included in price
Handover to parcel carrier:
- Parcels, small packages and returns can be handed over to your carrier when an item is on its way to you
- Can be booked in shipment tracking or parcel notification
- Included in price
Schedule pickup:
- Have parcels and small packages picked up on working days anywhere in Germany
- Maximum of 10 items per pick-up
