Help with payment in Online Franking

For the purchase of your shipping labels, the following payment methods are available:

• PayPal
• Credit card and
• Apple Pay (only devices with iOS operating system and Safari browser)
• Google Pay (only devices with Android operating system)

Select a payment method in the DHL Online Franking shopping cart.

Insert the requested payment data and confirm the payment. You may be redirected to another page of a bank or payment service provider to secure your payment.

After successful payment, you will return to DHL Online franking and can print out your finished shipping label.

You can conveniently print out the invoice yourself. This function is available in the shopping cart of DHL Online Franking  for 365 days. Simply click on "Manage order" in your purchase confirmation.

Alternatively, you can download the invoice from your DHL customer account (recent purchases) for a period of 30 days.

Coupons give you the option of saving and handling your future purchases in DHL online franking with even more convenience.

Sparset coupons are available in blocks of 10. The price of a set of 10 is cheaper than ten individual stamps. Further information on Sparsets

How to use the Sparsets:

1. No customer account / not logged in: After the purchase, you will receive a file containing different, single-use coupon codes (familiar from a TAN list). You can store these on your computer or print them out. The coupon codes can be entered immediately or later to your basket and redeemed against the relevant product.
2. Logged in to a DHL customer account: If you buy the DHL Sparset after logging in, the coupon codes will be displayed directly in your DHL customer account and you can view the current status of the coupon codes at any time. If there is a suitable product in your basket, a coupon code is automatically suggested for payment.

After paying for your economy sets in DHL Online franking, you will automatically be directed to a download page. There you can download your coupon codes. After clicking on the download button, a dialog box will open. You have the option of opening the coupon codes directly as a text file or saving the file locally on your computer. We recommend that you save the file locally at this point to ensure that you always have direct access to your coupon codes.

Note:

Please note that access to purchased shopping carts and thus also to the download page of economy sets - regardless of the validity of the coupon codes - is limited to a maximum of 30 days after purchase.

The availability of payment methods in the Post & DHL App depends on the specific product for which you want to purchase postage.

Online Franking - Parcels
For purchasing parcel shipping labels in the Post & DHL App, the following payment methods are available:

• PayPal
• Credit card (Visa, MasterCard, AMEX)
• Apple Pay
• Google Pay

Online Franking - Letters
Postage for letters can currently be paid for in the Post & DHL App via PayPal, credit card, Apple Pay and Google Pay.

Please note that the “Portokasse” (postage wallet) is no longer part of Online Franking and is therefore also not available as a payment method in the Post & DHL App. However, you can still use the Portokasse and any remaining balance in the Deutsche Post online shop.
