You now benefit from even more flexibility when sending and receiving your Vinted parcels. It's easier than ever to drop off and pick up parcels where it suits you best. DHL gives you access to more than 41,000 parcel drop-off and pick-up points across Germany, including around  18,500 DHL Packstations, Poststations and DeinFach lockers.

If your Vinted parcel is ready for pick-up at a Packstation (or Poststation or DeinFach locker), DHL will send an email containing the pick-up code to your email address used for your Vinted account. If you have not received the pick-up code for your Vinted shipment, you can find further information here.

To do this, you need the Post & DHL App. 

The Post & DHL App is currently only available in German. Therefore, the instructions below are provided in English while referring to the original German button labels.

Here's how:

• Open the Packstation section in the Post & DHL App and tap Versenden.
• Answer the question "Klebt eine Versandmarke auf Ihrem Paket?" with "Nein".
• The "Meine Marken" section will open.
• Tap "+ Marke hinzufügen" and choose one of the following options:
  • "Bild mit QR-Code auswählen": Take a screenshot or photo of the QR code in the Vinted app using your smartphone and save it to your photo gallery. Then select the image/screenshot from your gallery to add the shipping label (QR code).
  • "Code manuell eingeben": Enter the PAK-ID shown below the QR code in the Vinted app and your sender postal code.
• Tap "Jetzt verbinden" to connect to the Packstation.
• Place your parcel in the opened compartment. A DHL courier will print and attach the shipping label for you.

No. You do not need your Post Number. To pick up your parcel, DHL will send a pick-up code to your email address used for your Vinted account.

Yes. Your parcel can also be delivered to a DHL Poststation or a DeinFach locker. The process works similarly to a DHL Packstation, making parcel pick-up simple, convenient and flexible.

Shipping costs depend on the service selected when booking the shipment. Please note that DHL cannot provide information about shipping prices displayed in the Vinted app.

When choosing your delivery option, select "Ship to pick-up point". This will display all available pick-up locations, including DHL Packstations near you, on the map or in the list within the Vinted app. Simply select your preferred Packstation and pick up your parcel within 7 days, 24/7, when it works best for you.

If you'd like to send your parcel via a DHL Packstation, you can easily find a suitable location using the DHL Finder or the Post & DHL App. Available Packstations near you will be displayed there, and no prior registration is required. Please note: You will only receive bonus points for using a Packstation if you are registered as a DHL customer.

You can view the status of your parcel directly in the Vinted app. You can also track your shipment as usual in the Post & DHL App or on the DHL website by entering your tracking number.

If the shipping label was provided by Vinted in the app, please contact Vinted Customer Support.

If you purchased the shipping label directly from DHL, please contact DHL Customer Service.

There may be several reasons for this. For example, the parcel may not have been picked up within the 7-day storage period. It may also have been returned because the packaging, addressing or condition of the shipment did not comply with DHL shipping requirements. If you require more detailed information, Vinted Customer Support will be happy to assist you.
