Ensure that your shipments are neither delivered nor redirected to a Packstation. At the same time, your customers retain the option to flexibly redirect shipments to a postal retail outlet or a parcel shop.

Goods are not deposited in a Packstation in order to avoid damage caused by external factors such as heat, cold, or prolonged storage times.

Your end customers experience a secure, controlled, and high-quality delivery service - a genuine mark of quality that builds trust and strengthens your brand.

The "No Packstation" service is already included in your contract and can be ordered directly via DHL's shipping logistics system ("Ship" function in the Post & DHL Business Customer Portal). You can also use the service if you program your own systems in-house. You provide us with an email address required for communication in the PAN data.

Send your parcels with the "No Packstation" service if they contain sensitive goods or items requiring special protection. This reliably preserves product quality, particularly for goods with specific requirements (e.g., regarding storage or handling):

EUR 1.69 plus VAT, in addition to the parcel price.

Ordering the service is initially free of charge; billing only takes place after execution, when the shipment is made available for collection at a postal retail outlet, or parcel shop.

When "No neighbor delivery" service and "No Packstation" service are booked together, only one service is charged.
