Important notice regarding electronic data transmission (EDI)

During the holidays, it is especially important to execute electronic data transmissions (incl. electronic customs data) before posting with DHL to ensure delivery before Christmas, in accordance with the communicated posting deadlines.

It is also very important to provide recipient contact details (email address and/or a cell phone number) in the data accompanying an item. This information allows us and our international partners to offer recipient services for customer-friendly delivery.
