Pickup is the first step into the DHL network for shipments from business customers - and is already included in the parcel price by default for agreed pickup locations. We adapt to your needs and organize the pickup of your regular and special quantities, for example from promotional deals or returns pickups.

Regular Pickup
- Pickup according to agreement on working days
Regular pickup is set up on working days defined by you (Saturday restricted) and at one or more agreed pickup locations. Your DHL sales contact will take care of the set-up. You can find information about your sales contact in the Post & DHL Business Customer Portal.
Parcel collection on request
- Pickup of up to 10 parcels - depending on demand
This offer is aimed at customers who do not have a regular pickup requirement. The shipments are picked up from the agreed pickup locations as needed. Simple order online via the Post & DHL Business Customer Portal (Pickup function).
Singular Collections
- Pickup of more than 10 parcels - as required
This offer is aimed at customers who would like to have larger posting quantities - more than their agreed collection quantity - or bulky items collected from the agreed pickup locations. Simple order online via the Post & DHL Business Customer Portal (Pickup function).
Individual collection order
- Pickups at any address throughout Germany
You can also book pickup orders for up to 10 parcels (including bulky goods shipments) at any desired address within Germany. For example, if you want to have return shipments picked up from your customers. You can order this pickup online via the Post & DHL Business Customer Portal (Pickup function).
